Yes. Every responder goes through an application and review process. We verify identity, vehicle, and tools. Merchants are rated after every job, and low-rated responders are removed from the network.

Responders are required to upload photo proof of the completed service. You can review this proof and rate the service. All jobs are GPS-tracked with timestamps.

You can open a dispute directly from your job history. Our team reviews disputes within 24 hours. You can also reach us via the contact page for urgent issues.

Our system matches you with the nearest available responder within seconds. Actual arrival time depends on distance, traffic, and responder availability. You can track their live location in real time.

Yes. You can cancel before a responder accepts your job at no charge. Once a responder is dispatched, cancellation may apply depending on how far they've traveled.

If no responders are available in your area, the system will let you know. We search up to a 10 km radius. You can retry after a few minutes or contact us for manual assistance.

You can request help without an account. However, creating an account lets you track your request history, save your vehicle details, and rate responders.

Apply through our merchant application page. We review applications within 48 hours. You'll need a valid ID, a vehicle, tools for your service types, and a smartphone with GPS.
